Good thinking on Ghost Kiss’s part; being resourceful can often overcome seemingly insurmountable odds.
I do NOT want to be part of the clean-up crew after this fiasco though. 😛
He got tonked!
Yeah… this is NOT what the NSA intends to use those programs for, or anything similarly ethical.
Last I’ve heard, they had about an 84% error rate anyway. So 16% of the time, they’ll correctly match the face to an identify… the rest of the time it leads to them kicking down the doors of a schoolteacher in Queens, who kinda sorta not-really resembles a known terrorist, pointing guns in the faces of his children, dragging the whole family out onto the lawn in handcuffs at 2AM…
Yeah, the NSA is not a great organization, and their methods are extremely suspect.
The organization in this comic is a little different, in that they have a branch dedicated to managing superheros. Originally I had some plans for this, and some stuff I wanted to say about the NSA as an organization. But i haven;t found a good place for that yet.
At the risk of sounding nit-picky, I have to ask why people seem to keep switching their guns from hand to hand. First it was the Eel, and now Det. Dorsey.
